This policy covers what information is collected through the activities of Aggie Branczyk Enterprises Inc., which operates two businesses: Mind Club and Quantum Salon.

Mind Club

PDF purchases

When you buy a PDF through the Mind Club shop, you provide your name, email address, and country. Your name and email are stamped directly into the PDF before it is delivered to you. Your country is used to determine whether HST applies to your purchase. Your email is used to send you the download link. At checkout, you have the option to join the Mind Club mailing list. This is not automatic and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Purchase records (email, product, transaction amount) are stored in a database hosted by Supabase. The download link is delivered by email using Resend. Payment is processed by Stripe. Card numbers and payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and are not stored in Mind Club's systems.

Event tickets

Mind Club events are listed and registered through Luma. Payment for ticketed events is processed by Stripe, which collects your country during checkout. That information is used to determine whether HST applies to your purchase. Registration data, including your name and email, is handled by Luma under their own privacy policy.

When you register for a Mind Club event, Luma automatically adds you as a follower of the Mind Club calendar. As a follower, you may receive Mind Club-related emails sent through Luma. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of those emails.

Quantum Salon

Quantum Salon Insights is a newsletter published on Substack. When you subscribe, your email is handled by Substack under their own privacy policy. Paid subscriptions and reader support are processed by Stripe, which collects your country during checkout. That information is used to determine whether HST applies to your transaction.

Data retention

Purchase records for Mind Club PDF sales are kept indefinitely as part of business records. If you would like your data removed, contact hello@aggie.enterprises.

Third-party services

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data passed through their systems.
