By purchasing a product or registering for an event through Mind Club or Quantum Salon, you agree to these terms.
Mind Club — PDF purchases
License
When you buy a PDF, you receive a personal license to use it for yourself and members of your household. This license does not permit:
- Use at any event, class, workshop, or gathering outside your household, whether paid or free
- Redistribution in any form, digital or physical
- Resale or sublicensing
Stamping
Each PDF is stamped with your name and email address before delivery. This is embedded in the file itself.
Refunds
PDF purchases are non-refundable. If your file is corrupt or was never delivered, contact hello@aggie.enterprises and we will resolve it.
Mind Club — Event tickets
Event tickets are sold through Luma and processed by Stripe.
Tickets are non-refundable. If we cancel an event, you will receive a credit toward a future Mind Club event of equal value, valid for one year from the date of cancellation.
Quantum Salon Insights
The Quantum Salon Insights newsletter is published on Substack. Subscriptions are governed by Substack's terms of service. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or ticket. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
